InternetPromotions.net is an independent authorized retailer of Spectrum services and is not Charter Communications. These terms govern your use of this website. The services you order are governed by Spectrum’s own residential terms of service and privacy policy, which you accept directly with Spectrum.

Acceptance

By using this site or calling the number shown on it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Our role

We market and sell Spectrum services as an authorized retailer. We do not own, operate or control the Spectrum network, and we do not set Spectrum’s prices, service terms, installation schedules or billing practices. Charter Communications provides, bills and supports the services. Once your order is placed, your relationship for the service itself is with Spectrum.

Pricing and offers

• All prices, promotions and plan details are set by Spectrum, are for new residential customers unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change or withdrawal at any time.
• Promotional pricing applies for the stated period. Standard rates apply afterward.
• Taxes, fees, surcharges and installation charges are extra where applicable and are not included in advertised prices.
• Service availability, speeds and equipment vary by address. Advertised speeds are based on a wired connection; actual speeds, including wireless, vary and are not guaranteed.
• An order is not final until Spectrum verifies serviceability, eligibility and, where required, credit approval.

We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing and offer details current, but errors happen. If a listed price or term is incorrect, we are not obligated to honor it, and the correct Spectrum offer terms apply.

Calls, recording and consent

Calls to and from our sales line may be monitored or recorded for quality and training where permitted by law. By providing your phone number you agree that we and our agents may contact you at that number about Spectrum services, including by autodialed or prerecorded call and by text. Use of this site

You may use this site only to learn about and order services for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Submit false, misleading or third-party information without authorization.
• Copy, scrape, republish or resell any part of this site without written permission.
• Interfere with the site’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or introduce malicious code.
• Use automated tools to place orders or generate calls.

Intellectual property

The Spectrum name, logo and related marks are the property of Charter Communications and are used under authorization as an approved retailer. All other content on this site, including its text, layout and design, belongs to InternetPromotions.net or its licensors. Nothing on this site grants you a license to use any trademark.

Links to other sites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. Any comparison to another provider reflects publicly available information at the time it was collected and may no longer be accurate.

Disclaimer of warranties

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which InternetPromotions.net maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located there, and you consent to that jurisdiction. Disputes about Spectrum services are subject to the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions in Spectrum’s own terms of service.
